If we need to contact you, we may do so by email or by posting a notice on the Website. You agree that this satisfies all legal requirements in relation to written communications.
Returns & Refunds
North Canterbury Stockfeeds is committed to providing quality products to all our customers. However if you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you can return that product to us along with a copy of your receipt for purchase, within 14 days following delivery. Goods must be in an as received condition, along with any tags or packaging.
What is North Canterbury Stockfeed’s pet food guarantee?
It is important when trying new dog or cat food, that you introduce the food gradually to your pets’ diet. However, if you find that your pet does not take to the new food, contact us and we may make arrangements for a refund of your purchase. Most of our pet brands pride themselves on the quality and palatability of their foods and offer a 100% money back guarantee. Contact us to discuss.

Refund is for the goods only, all shipping is at the buyers cost.

Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to physical addresses within the North and South Island.
Please see additional information regarding possible extra charges relating to Agents, Great Barrier Island and Waiheke Island addresses.
We are unable to send your order to a PO Box or private bag, a physical address must be supplied.
* Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
* We do not dispatch, or deliver, on weekend or public holidays.
* We do not offer a same day or next day service.
Once your order leaves the warehouse, it may be up to 5 working days before it is delivered by the courier.
You will be sent track and trace information for your parcel which will be sent via Fastway or NZ Post If you need to query your delivery once you have this information, please follow the information on their website.
In some cases, we may need to order stock and this may add a few more days to the expected delivery timeframe, if this happens we will send you an email to notify you of this delay.
WAIHEKE ISLAND
Depending on the products ordered and your address on the Island there may be additional charges applied after checkout. If this is the case we will contact you prior to dispatch for confirmation.
GREAT BARRIER ISLAND
We ONLY deliver to: (Purchaser Name) c/o Barrier Air, Domestic Terminal, Auckland Airport, Ray Emery Drive, Manukau 2022 - This is where our responsibility for the order ends. It is then the purchaser responsibility to arrange with Barrier Air directly. The purchaser will be required to have an account with Barrier Air as a surcharge is applicable. Barrier Air and the purchaser communicate directly and arrange for delivery/collection.
Refunds, Returns and Replacement:
You acknowledge and agree that:
If we cancel an order for any reason, we will refund the Purchase Price in full
If you are not completely satisfied with a Product, you must return such Product to us along with a copy of your receipt for purchase within 14 days following Delivery. Upon receipt of such, we will replace or refund the Product, provided the Product and packaging is in its original condition;
You must notify us if you receive Products that are faulty or damaged within 14 days following Delivery. If we accept (at our sole discretion) that the Products delivered to you are damaged, we will replace or refund the Products
You are returning a Product in accordance with our conditions you must return the Product via courier

All Products remain your responsibility until we receive them, we strongly recommend that you package them securely and use a tracked courier;
Unless the Product is faulty, damaged or not as per your Order, we will not refund any applicable Delivery charges or your costs of returning the Product to us; and all refunds will be in the same form as your original payment
